I am and a newbee at this whole investment buying at least I was until LCS was able to work with me and spend the time to coach me along while buying these great cash flowing properties there in Memphis, TN. It was a hard enough decision to make while living in 2500 miles to buy these rental houses but LCS made it that much easier!!
